The Vaughan Constructions team believes that it takes full integration of quality systems, technical expertise, strong management and a positive attitude to deliver a high quality project. Vaughan Constructions’ projects are delivered with this ethos in mind, as embodied in the Vaughan Constructions Quality Manual and systems.
The Quality Assurance System is a standardised process, which is adapted to each individual project. The system builds on a set of documents commonly known as “inspection and verification plans”. These documents, together with the schedule of test reports, are devised on the basis of the project documentation. The tests, inspection hold points and reports are carried out by the responsible person and authorised by the one up manager. A copy of the Quality Assurance Manual may be attained upon request
