Corner of Dohertys Rd and Palmers Rd

A $14 million warehouse was built at the Wyndam Industrial Estate being developed by Vaughan Constructions.

The warehouse deal comes after $17 million of other projects at the newly-developed 37ha estate, on the corner of Dohertys Rd and Palmers Rd, Truganina.

Vaughan Constructions marketing manager Mark Byrne said the new warehouse would have 15,000sq m of floor space.

The building was designed to appeal to companies needing space urgently, he said.

“We are very confident this building will appeal to the market, given its flexibility to accommodate a variety of tenants, and renewed str9ng inquiry in the 5000sq m plus market since January this year,” Mr Byrne said.

Roads into the industrial estate were completed last December, and it was opened in April this year.

Vaughan has built a 5000sq m printing facility thee for global giant Lithocraft, and a 2200sq m warehouse for US materials handing company Hyster, and a sols 1.1ha site to Abigroup.
