Australia’s leading meat suppliers, Ralphs Meat Company has moved into their new packaged meat storage, distribution and office facility on a 24,250m2 site in Broadmeadows.
Vaughan successfully exceeded a tight time frame, and managed to include the additional works associated with an innovative freezer alcove design put together by an associated adviser and Vaughan, which utilises the natural flow of air to defrost freezers providing a cost and energy efficient design for Ralphs Meat.
The packaged meat storage and distribution 6,624m2 facility consists of 3,787m2 freezer, 1,629m2 ante room, 500m2 office space, a cool room, igloos and aquis room, plant room and a battery recharge space.
A significant amount of heavy duty concrete surrounds the facility, as well as bitumen car parking and a fire access road.
Ralphs Meat Company offers chilled and frozen Halaal beef and offal products to international and domestic consumers.
Vaughan provided extensive assistance in forecasting the company’s operational systems and possibilities to ensure a facility that was not only right for the company now, but also in the future. Vaughan really did go above and beyond.
