The Bunnings Victorian distribution centre consists of a free standing ambient warehouse chamber providing pick’n’pack and cross dock operations. There are surrounding hardstand areas, a 100m2 dock office, recessed and ground-level docks with canopy cover over receiving and dispatch areas.
Functional, modern and commercial standard office and amenities are included in the Lyndhurst facility.
Sustainable design features are evident throughout the office and warehouse, with T5 fluorescent fittings and photo electric light sensors.
