Vaughan Constructions was contracted to undertake the design and construction of the Fantastic Holdings bulky goods retail facility, positioned on a 32,000m2 site in the fast growing region of Dandenong.
Fantastic Holdings Limited is a leading Australian furniture retailer and proud Australian manufacturer with 125 stores across five furniture retail brands including Fantastic Furniture, Plush and Dare Gallery as well as Original Mattress Factory (NSW) and Le Cornu (SA & NT).
The centre provides over 11,000m2 of bulky goods retail space, with key anchor tenants including The Good Guys, Officeworks and AMart Sports.
The site also includes two 642m2 warehouse spaces and 462m2 of fast food retail.
LED carpark lighting, powered by an onsite wind turbine was installed to illuminate the 275 car spaces available on site.
