Kubota, a Japanese based company manufactures an extensive range of heavy equipment including mowers, farm tractors, excavators, engines and generators.
The facility, located at the Wyndham Industrial Estate has a striking appearance as a result of a fully glazed office face and feature steel work.
The warehouse production area includes fire sprinklers for high racking, rapid roller doors and an external hazardous goods storeroom.
A unique feature of the site is a 2,000m² designer sail shade to highlight and protect an elaborate plant display.
Outcome
Vaughan Constructions worked through all Kubota’s specific requirements in order to make this new facility compatible with their existing production needs.
This included equipment relocation such as Kubota gantry cranes and specific needs surrounding their research and development secured area.
The facility was delivered three weeks ahead of the project schedule.
