This venture saw Vaughan Constructions team up with Australia’s leading supply-chain provider, Northline to build a 15,000m2 purpose-built distribution centre, located in East Arm, Northern Territory.
Northline services the whole of Australia through a network of 13 facilities. This new Darwin facility housed on a 4Ha site, will provide excess of 10,000m2 of fully enclosed warehouse space, 500m2 of offices and a 385m2 workshop.
The project was developed by Vaughan through a partnership between Northline, Charter Hall, Gibb Group and the Territory Government’s Land Development Corporation.
The facility provides a significant boost to Northline’s Top End operations with easier access to sea, road and rail connections through its location within Darwin’s leading industrial precinct.
Vaughan completed this project on time and on budget.
