The Procal Dairies facility delivered by Vaughan Constructions includes a 450m2 corporate office production and distribution areas.
The area is surrounded by a 5,220m2 hardstand area, 673m2 light duty area, 4,512m2 landscaped area and 31 car parking spaces.
On site production includes pasteurisation, full and skim milks, yogurts and multiple favour and value added dairy categories.
