Vaughan Constructions completed a truck and earthmoving machinery servicing facility for William Adams.
Vaughan sourced the site which is located on the corner of Boundary Road and the Western Ring Road, providing excellent exposure and signage opportunities for William Adams.
The building incorporates a multiple roller shutter doors protected by cantilevered canopies, and a number of gantry cranes of varying tonnage are operational throughout the facility.
The truck servicing pits are capable of taking three B-triples and carry out a minor service in 20 minutes, making this a truly specialised facility for servicing of William Adams equipment.
The facility incorporates a 1,516m2 two storey office and sales component, which is centralised for the various divisions.
The production area includes a 3,660m2 service and workshop centre, a truck machine repair area, 462m2 truck servicing bays/ carwash, a tool store and 736m2 spare parts warehouse, 230m2 mezzanine and 1,106m2 canopies.
The balance of the site has over 17,000m2 of heavy duty concrete hardstand capable of taking the loads from earthmoving equipment and truck parking yard in addition to both staff and visitor car parking.
