There is great progress onsite at ESR Group’s Birmingham Industry Park in Villawood, New South Wales. Vaughan Constructions is proud to be partnering with ESR Group to deliver three new industrial facilities totalling 31,000m², each offering two tenancies with dedicated warehouse and office spaces. With sustainability at the forefront, the development is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings v1 rating.
We’re proud to congratulate Darcy McConnon, who has officially completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship with Vaughan Constructions and is the 8th apprentice to qualify through our internal carpentry program.
Vaughan Constructions has broken ground on Stage 1 of Centennial’s Riverview Industrial Park in Queensland. The team is delivering a 21,400m² warehouse that houses five tenancies ranging from 1,500m² to 7,000m², providing a total of 19,400m² of flexible industrial space, and 1,600m² of office area.
In celebration of World Quality Week (WQW) last week, Vaughan Constructions presented Quality Awards to two team members who have been true quality champions, consistently keeping quality and safety at the forefront of everything they do. This year’s Quality Award recipients were Site Manager Scott Dow in Victoria and Pre-Construction Manager David Upton in New South Wales.
Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to be back onsite with global asset management firm Barings Real Estate to deliver Lot 2, a premium, architecturally designed warehouse within the Access Logistics Park at Kemps Creek, Western Sydney. The 39,161m² facility will comprise 35,661m² of warehouse space, 2,000m² of A-grade office accommodation, 16 ongrade docks and 12 recessed docks. It will also feature 12,710m² of hardstand and 174 carparking spaces, ensuring functionality and efficiency for a diverse range of customers.

Western Freight’s new purpose-built warehouse is quickly taking shape! Our team is making great progress onsite, with all structural works now complete and both roofing and wall cladding in place. Service rough-ins underway across the warehouse, office areas, and truck wash. On Link Road, service infrastructure works are progressing well, with water tapping completed and low-voltage installations well under way.
