Incredible work by the project team at the Time & Place and Brookfield Properties’ Connect – Central Sydney Logistic Estate in Villawood, NSW.
Current progress includes the steel erection and precast panel installation completed to the warehouses and offices at tenancies 1 to 5, 11 and 12.
Roof cladding and high-level services have commenced and are reaching progressive completion at tenancies 1 to 5, 11 and 12.
Tenancies 2 and 12 have wall cladding, feature cladding and external painting underway.
The office fitout works are also underway at tenancies 2,3,4,11 and 12.
Overall, Vaughan Constructions is delivering 69,200m² of built area across six buildings that comprise 12 tenancies.
The buildings will include over 65,000m² of warehousing and over 4,200m² of premium office space.
External works see the team deliver 30,900m² of hardstand, 8,900m² of asphalt carpark and a 4,250m² fire trail area.
Each building will have a 50kW-100kW solar system and a rainwater tank reuse system.
