Vaughan Constructions is pleased to announce our appointment on a new project on behalf of Altis Property Partners and Sydney Metro Airports.
Our NSW team will deliver a 12,400m² speculative development at Bankstown Airport fronting the prominent Milperra Road.
On a 27,500m² site, the development will have an impressive 1,500m² two-level office and showroom that will feature a spectacular full-height glass façade.
The 10,800m² warehouse will include nine on-grade doors, four recessed loading docks, a large 38-metre-wide hardstand and a 160m² dock office.
The project is targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating.
Vaughan is currently in the design and approval stages with works to begin onsite shortly, so stay tuned for progress updates!
