After tendering against the national “tier-one” builders, Vaughan Constructions tender was successful because it provided a quality, client specific and cost effective approach to constructing Aldi’s new distribution centre.

As a global property owner-occupier, ALDI demands the highest quality development of their facilities. With emphasis on delivering quality projects at Vaughan Constructions, ALDI recognised that Vaughan would be capable of delivering these high expectations.
Due to the success of this project, Vaughan Constructions was also awarded the project to design and construct Aldi’s Victorian distribution centre which is of a similar size to the Prestons distribution centre.
Despite the many challenges arising during construction, including persistent inclement weather…APP is delighted with both the finished product and achieved program.
