Vaughan Constructions completed a new purpose-built 22,000m² temperature controlled warehouse in Truganina, Victoria.
The warehouse utilises a Fusion HVAC system working at a temperature range of 17 degrees to 22.5 degrees to service cool rooms and freezers. The facility also houses a main office, two dock offices, dangerous goods store, gatehouse and plant room.
Also included is a 166 space carpark, 6 horizontal dock levellers, 2 vertical dock levellers and 16,000m² of hardstand.
