Vaughan Constructions has broken ground on Stage 1 of Centennial’s Riverview Industrial Park in Queensland.
The team is delivering a 21,400m² warehouse that houses five tenancies ranging from 1,500m² to 7,000m², providing a total of 19,400m² of flexible industrial space, and 1,600m² of office area.
Each tenancy features architecturally designed corporate office spaces spread over two levels, with the warehouses built to accommodate a wide range of tenant requirements.
Externally there is 12,500m² of concrete hardstand and 160 carparking spaces.
The project will incorporate ESD initiatives including energy-efficient lighting, performance glazing, rainwater harvesting, and rooftop solar panel systems.
“Vaughan Constructions is pleased to partner with Centennial to deliver the first stage of the Riverview Industrial Park. This development represents an exciting addition to Queensland’s industrial landscape and reflects our shared commitment to creating high-quality, sustainable facilities that enable long-term growth for our clients and their tenants.” James O’Leary, General Manager QLD Vaughan Constructions
