We’re excited to announce that ground has officially been broken on Rinnai Australia’s new state-of-the-art distribution facility in Braeside, Victoria.
Vaughan Constructions will deliver the 9,390m² building development featuring 9,040m² of premium warehouse space and 350m² of modern office space. This facility marks a significant milestone in Rinnai’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
As a leader in hot water, heating, cooling, and renewable energy solutions, Rinnai Australia sources world-class products from over 40 manufacturing facilities across Japan and internationally. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, Rinnai are consolidating operations into two Braeside sites whilst streamlining logistics, enhancing efficiency, and future-proofing their supply chain.
In addition to the main build, Vaughan Constructions has also been appointed to manage civil and entry works, including car parking and crossover infrastructure.
Vaughan Constructions are working in close collaboration with Project Managers JXC Group and Watson Young Architects to bring this exciting vision to life.
