Appointed by 151 Property under a Design and Construct contract, Vaughan Constructions delivered a new 12,400m² warehouse facility in Pooraka, South Australia to house tenant, Huhtamaki.
The project consisted of a 7,700m² warehouse, a 582m² two-level office, a 472m² carpark and 3,611m² of hardstand.
Externally, the facility showcases high quality finishes and execution and an eye-catching design. Significant glazing combined with bold red and blue Alucobond cladding, gives the external façade a striking appearance.
