The Bunnings distribution centre located in Rose Hill Estate, is strategically positioned to service all Bunnings stores in New South Wales in addition to their administrative support functions for the company.
The facility incorporates numerous features namely a post tensioned concrete floor slab, which minimises internal joins and a considerable number of recessed hydraulic dock levellers, 15m cantilevered canopies over both dispatch and receivables areas.
The building is designed for future expansion to suit Bunnings’ potential requirements and future ING tenants.
