Bidvest Australia is a one-stop supply solution distributing wholesale food, fresh produce and meat to the foodservice and catering industry.
With multiple access routes to all the major roads in the area, Wyndham Industrial Estate was the optimal site for Bidvest’s new 8,194m2 facility.
The facility was designed and constructed by Vaughan Constructions under a Land and Building Package agreement.
The collaboration between Bidvest, Tubb and Associates and Vaughan delivered the project ahead of program and within budget.
The main investment on the site is a 7,234m2 warehouse / freezer which consists of a 7 pallet high dry ambient warehouse, -18 degree to -24 degree freezer, +2 degrees chiller and staging areas to transport via igloos.
The facility also includes a 500m2 office block and amenities which has provisions for future expansion, and provides direct access into the warehousing areas.
59 parking spaces, including 8 spaces for commercial vehicles are included onsite, with an additional 29 spaces possible.
