Overview 

Compu-Stor appointed Vaughan Constructions to develop a storage and records management facility in Belmont, Western Australia. 

This project followed the successful construction of an 8,900m2 Compu-Stor facility in Altona, Victoria.

Compu-Stor is a quality-endorsed Australian-owned and operated company that provides a comprehensive range of records management services including archive storage and retrieval, online web access and management, pallet storage for non-standard boxes and miscellaneous goods. 

Outcome

The Design and Construct methodology used for both Compu-Stor facilities allows the design to take advantage of construction expertise right from the front end of the project procurement and ensuring that one contractor is responsible for the total project delivery from concept to completion without ‘buck passing’.
