US company, Hufcor is the world’s largest manufacturer of operable partitions such as glass walls, accordion-style doors and washroom cubicle systems.
The Vaughan Constructions ‘design and construct’ procurement methodology resulted in a 6,687m2 factory, 1,002m2 office block and amenities, as well as hardstands, bitumen paving, crushed rock road and 92 car spaces.
Vaughan secured a 24,000m2 site at Wyndham Industrial Estate, which satisfied Hufcor’s requirement to be carefully positioned to access all Melbourne’s major road networks.
Previously located in four facilities across Melbourne, Hufcor has been able to consolidate their growing business into one single site at the highly successful Wyndham Industrial Estate.
