Vaughan Constructions was selected by Goodman and Linfox to construct a multi-tenanted transport facility at a 7.9Ha site at Stockyards Industrial Estate, Western Australia.
The 30,000m2 facility includes three individual buildings, office space and over 60,000m2 of heavy duty hardstand for container storage and a fuel station.
Linfox is the largest privately owned logistics company that is rapidly expanding throughout Asia and New Zealand.
Following the successful completion of the transport facility, Vaughan Constructions was contracted to construct an impressive 31,000m2 fast moving consumer goods warehouse in Kewdale for Linfox.
