Outcome

Vaughan Constructions was engaged under a Design and Construct contract, completing the 21,104m2 facility in 2018.

Designed to offer maximum rental returns, Calibre 3 can support single or dual occupancy tenants with a flexible warehousing and logistics solutions for 6,000m2 to 20,000m2.

The facilities 900m2 office spread over two floors, includes three meeting rooms, an outdoor breakout space and an additional 125m2 dock office. The facilities 20,000m2 warehouse has the capacity to store over 28,000 pallets and includes a 20m cantilevered awning, 45m hardstand and parking for 137 vehicles.
