Rainfresh in partnership with Gallagher Jeffs Consulting appointed Vaughan Constructions to design and construct their new cold storage, distribution and office facility, located at MAB Alliance Business Park in Epping.
Vaughan successfully delivered a 2,800m2 warehouse, 343m2 office and 36m2 plant room that ensured Rainfresh could continue to service leading supermarkets with only the highest quality of produce and service.
The site also features 1,909m2 of canopy and external areas include 2,318m2 heavy duty concrete, 1,004m2 bitumen car parking, 356m2 fire access and 87m2 footpath.
