On a 20,770m² site in Truganina, Victoria, Vaughan delivered a new 8,800m² warehouse and office building for Steeline JH Stephenson.
Steeline JH Stephenson is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of steel roofing and building products, servicing Melbourne, Geelong and surrounding areas. The building features the company’s own purlins, roof sheeting and wall cladding products.
Having outgrown their previous warehouse, the new facility allows for significantly expanded operations and is also designed for further expansion in the future.
The team at Vaughan's was very receptive to our requirements and guided us through the most effective way to build the State-of-the-Art Wyndham Industrial Estate facility in Truganina. The communication with Harry, Adam and Mark was exceptional throughout the build. We look forward to engaging with them again in the next phase of our expansion.
