On behalf of LOGOS Property, Vaughan Constructions was appointed under a Design and Construct contract to deliver a new truck dealership for Volvo Australia in a premium industrial estate in Prestons, New South Wales.
The new truck sales and service centre sees Volvo continue to expand its national dealership footprint.
This facility includes a multi-branded truck dealership office and workshop.
Coordinating with Hartex to deliver truck services pits, the project met early access dates.
The completed multi-branded truck dealership includes a 3795m² warehouse, a 650m² parts warehouse, 294m² workshop, two offices spaces of 1635m² and 2525m² respectively and 18,106m² of hardstand.
