Vaughan Constructions has been appointed builder of leading Australian REIT Dexus’s circa 27,700m² logistics estate, Circuit.7 at Glendenning in Western Sydney.
Located in a key urban logistics hub with immediate access to major road networks, including the M7 Motorway, the Circuit.7 project will include three buildings comprising 10 premium warehouse and office units offering a range of configurations from 1,500m² to 12,000m².
Saturday 15 October saw the Woolworths Heathwood Chilled & Frozen Distribution Centre (HCFDC) take home another Master Builder award.
